
Bridget joined our firm in 2010 upon returning to her hometown of Seattle, WA. After graduating from Boalt Hall School of Law, Bridget served as an AmeriCorps Volunteer with the Legal Aid Society of Hawaii, where she worked as a Guardian Ad Litem for foster children. At the end of her AmeriCorps term, Bridget moved into private practice in Hawaii, focusing her work on civil litigation, commercial bankruptcy and real estate matters.
Representative Cases
In re Michael R. Mastro Bridget is substantially involved in BSK’s representation of James F. Rigby, Jr., Trustee in the Chapter 7 bankruptcy of Michael R. Mastro and in the significant litigation in that case.
Coast Crane Creditors Committee
Bridget was substantially involved in BSK’s representation of the Unsecured Creditors Committee in the Coast Crane Chapter 11 bankruptcy. BSK negotiated an increased carve out distribution to unsecured creditors in that case.
